John Tiller Software Support -- Thank You For Being There Today

A British crew repairs their Sherman tank.

I had a laptop crash today that caused me to replace my hard drive.  Consequently, I lost about 8-9 war games that I had purchased online (and not backed up).  As you might imagine, trying to dig up old gaming files and confirmation emails and then contacting each company to see if I could get access to a new download of their game was less than fun.

That said, I want to publicly thank Rich at John Tiller Software for quickly responding and providing a link to the Campaign Leipzig game I had purchased from them.  I have purchased two JTS games so far and based on the support I received today and the outstanding nature of their titles, I know and look forward to my next purchase of one of their games. Much appreciated on a not so great day!

Rich is a wargaming saint. His excellent support of both HPS and JTS completes what I consider one of the best wargaming experiences available.

Pain in the neck. I know how it feels! Hope you didn't lose any Command Ops wip?

Hi Peter. I lost my more recent scenarios for CO that I was working on. Fortunately I had the El Guettar scenario backed up and in a Dropbox folder. I was actually making map edits to the El Guettar map when my hard drive crashed so I will resume those today and push the scenario live hopefully tonight.
