Command Ops: New "Piercing The Gothic Line" Scenario

Tomorrow I will post my latest scenario, the Arnaville Bridgehead for download.  To learn more about this scenario I encourage you to read this great AAR by Tim At RangerX3X.

In doing my research for the Moselle river crossing at Arnaville, I came across a battle in Italy that was was fought during the same week of September along the Gothic Line and resulted in the second piercing of the German defenses.  I don't own the Greece expansion so I've done nothing in the way of mountain fighting in this game.  I wondered about that and decided to tackle the creation of this battle. Its size was also appealing (3 Allied battalions vs. 1 Axis battalion).

I worked on the map earlier this week and have been playtesting the scenario over the last two days.
Hopefully after some additional playtesting I will have it ready for release sometime next week.

Il Giogo pass was defended by elements of the German 12th Parachute regiment.  Three American battalions will participate in the assault.

More to follow...

Hey Chris, If you can send me a link to the file(s) for this scenario, I would love to play it.

Tim I will send you the files as a FB message now. I just made some additional tweaks but have not playtested these. The Allies should win this scenario (based on historical result)however I have had differing results.
