Unity of Command Scenario Editor

I am working on a post Kursk scenario which features a expanded Operation Rumyantsev map.  The Rumyantsev scenario in the game is interesting but I am not sure after my reading of Glantz's description of the offensive that it is historically accurate.

This editor seems easy to use and I am eager to see if I can build out a scenario to fit my current operational level taste in wargaming.
