PACOPS: Saipan Sneak Peek
I have been lucky enough to play test the Saipan campaign that is being worked on by Jim C. and Tim W. and BG from the forums. I can tell you it is an extremely ambitious project with a superbly detailed estab file for the Japanese and Marine forces a nd some innovative ideas utilizing the existing engine to simulate naval gunfire, supply caches, etc. I am currently playing as the Japanese and enjoying the challenge very much. I will post a few more screens here later today.
